Unnecessary Baby Items

Are you expecting if so this post will help you learn about some of the “must have” baby items according to baby magazine’s that are meant to make a mother’s life easier but instead become either a hassle or are never used at all! So here are a 4 as of now I will continue to make more blog posts on Unnecessary Baby Items:

Number 1 on my list will definitely have to be a Wipe Warmer, thinking it would make my life a bit easier I chose to list this as an item to scan onto my baby ‘r’ us registry but infact they’re pretty much not worth having one for the following two reasons: 1. they dry out your wipes leading you to either have throw them away or  add water to them to avoid throwing them away.  2. Yes they warm your wipes while they’re in the warmer but once you take one out it’s just as cold as any other baby wipe would normally be.

Number 2 would be a Traveling bottle warmer not only is it a hassle to carry around or leave in your car but it’s really a pain in the A%$ to use, I suggest either warming up your baby’s bottle before you leave the house or serve your child ‘s milk luke temperature it’ll save you the time of having to constantly warm your child’s milk I promise ;)

Number 3: Baby shoes 0-6months, while they’re absolutely adorable and tiny they’re also impractical. Most babies hate having anything on their feet and will either start to take them off once they get the chance (this usually happens around 3months) or they’ll end up falling off regardless. Lesson here: Save your $ and buy a pair of shoes for yourself instead lol jk I suggest buying shoes after your baby has turned 6months My daughter will soon start wearing shoes now that she’s walking and she is healthy & still alive socks will do just fine for those first couple of months (occasional shoes for holiday outfits are ok but you will still run into the same problem mentioned above) :)

Number 4: Tons of baby clothes, I am at guilt for this my daughter had ton’s of baby clothes since all I ever did while I was pregnant was shop for her! What a waste not only she had more than enough clothes but some of the clothes my husband & I purchased she never even got to wear because they really do grow so quickly (despise of what we still view them as “our little sweet babies”) I would suggest to start with about 14 pairs of clothes (2per day) incase of any accidents not only will it save you all the laundry & folding that I had to do but it will be a little easier on your wallet as well ;)

*Do you mommies know of any other unnecessary baby item’s those who are expecting should avoid? If so please share your comments below :)

Hi I’m a new mum and one of the first things other then scream was shopping. For clothes and for toys and for needed items. Well in the end half of the bought items were useless. And half of the clothes I bought were never used. So this could really be useful for a mother.
