Day 12 – How you found out about wordpress and why you made one
I found out about wordpress through my friend Melissa from Super Glam News she told me about it when i had my onsugar blog account.
From there I decided to transfer it over in hopes of having a greater audience.
The first few months messing with wordpress was really a pain in the you know what lol. Since I’m more of a visual person for it me it was hard to look at the blank slate wordpress’s dashboard has; it’s not visually appealing as was onsugar.
But after a couple long frustrating tries & continuing to work with it I finally got the basic concept & kept it ever since.

I agree!!!!!!! I had the same exact problem with wordpress! I started it in March and never really did anything with it. I switched to blogger and love it. Plus, wordpress wasnt cheap!

I agree with you on that lol and you can’t really customize it much i was thinking of switching it over to blogger but thats a lot of work and i would have to get use to a whole new dashboard which would be a pain lol
Oh my gawd! Don’t even get me started on WordPress. The whole thing is definitely appealing and more professional looking, but you’d have to study the technical stuff and blah to actually get it all. For me, it’s not something I would want to consume my days with
Blogger is still my 1st choice
lol I know what you mean! when I say it took me a long time I mean a few months lol I would get so angry and frustrated with it and just let it sit then go to try and “study” it as you say lol even though I wanted to switch it to blogger a few months ago it’s too much work to start all over
