If your a mommy like me any cause regarding children might hit home a bit closer than others who are not. For those of you mommies and/or bloggers who have not yet heard about Building Blocks of Hope I wanted to inform you guys a bit more on what exactly it’s about.

Here’s what Dave Klaas from Children’s Hospital of New Jersey had to say about the cause:

“Building Blocks of Hope is a online This gives everyone the chance to own their own piece of the renovation and their contributions are there for the world to seeonline initiative to raise money to renovate an entire floor of the Children’s Hospital. This renovation is going to provide families with a comfortable place to stay while their little ones recover from sickness or injury.

A lot of parents end up sleeping in chairs next to their child’s bedside because they cannot afford transportation to and from the hospital, but they want to be there for them. This floor will provide them with a comfortable bed to sleep in, a place to wash their clothes, a kitchenette to cook meals for themselves, etc.

People can go on and purchase their very own blocks and customize them however they wish! All the proceeds from block purchases goes toward the renovation. This gives everyone the chance to own their own piece of the renovation and their contributions are there for the world to see.”
