Is Stroke of Gorgeous liquid liner? I’m looking to try a new eyeliner but I pretty much only use liquid liner.

  whoops its basically like a liquid eyeliner but in a pen form except it’s not in this picture! I accidently let it dry out when I left it uncapped the other day I heard great things about the NYX one too which I want to buy now that Stroke of Gorgeous dried out due to my silly mistake :/
