Pregnancy Doesn’t Have To Last After You Deliver!

Are you tired of being pregnant? If so you may want to continue to read this especially if your going to be a young mother or already are one. Many young and/or older women get sick and tired of being pregnant for 9 months but that does not stop them from continuing to be pregnant even after they deliver. A lot of mothers tend to stick to their old eating habbits even months after they had their child this is why many of them do not loose what they gained during the pregnancy infact they gain more.

It’s hard to change your eating habbits after having the pleasure to eat everything you want when you wanted, and quite frankly many of us do not even have the time to eat healthier meals because we’re always on the move! This is why you must attack the baby weight before it starts to fight you. Doctor’s say you loose about

5-20pounds when you deliver so that’s a big help already but after that is the part that sucks many doctor’s also say that if you DO NOT change your eating habbits after you deliver you may never loose the remainder pounds waiting to be shed.

After just two and a half weeks of giving birth I had already 30 pounds but I cannot take all the credit of course, there was something which I did just after 2days of giving birth. I used what is called a surgical binder, you should always ask for one when you give birth not only will it help with your posture but it shrinks your belly back to it’s normal size pre-pregnancy in a matter of days!

I heard that some hospitals only give it to you if your having or had a c-section but many hospital give it to you whether or not you’ve had one so it doesn’t hurt to ask! If they happen to say no you can always go to Cvs and purchase one for about $20 bucks. It works wonder’s seriously!!

Aside from the binder I also changed my eating habbits immediately I began to eat smaller proportions than when I did while I was pregnant and I cut a lot of the junk out of my diet. It was like torture to give up the cookies, cake and icecream but I easily replaced them with yoplait light yogurts which are about 100 calories each and come in many different flavors for when your craving something sweet, cool part about it is that you feel like your cheating your new healthier eating ways but in fact your not!

Excersize wise I have yet to really do because I had a C-section & won’t be cleared for it till 3months after giving birth, I was recommended to do light walking which not only helps you get out of the house for a bit but it helps you excersize at the same time.

Everyone has kept asking me what I did to get back to my preprenancy size in under a month so I chose to share it with you on my blog so that you can always refer back to it; remember if you really are fed up with being pregnant, or have already given birth, pregnancy is only meant to last about 9 months. With this piece of advice I leave you guys for the night & will continue to post more tomorrow! Goodnight mommies ;]
